canning time!

Nalle Street had a little canning extravaganza today! We canned a whole bunch of tomatoes, tomato sauce (with mushrooms!), and even made some lacto-fermented salsa. Call me a Professional Grandma, but I think canning is probably one of the prettiest, most fun things you can do with produce of all kinds. And it's yummy, too!
